Your Wedding Day is a celebration of your love and commitment to one another. As your Toastmaster, I consider myself your Personal Assistant, present at all times to make sure you are free to enjoy your celebrations, confident that all your plans and desires are being attended to.
The duties of a Toastmaster at your Wedding include and are certainly not limited to:
- Advice on etiquette and protocol before and during the wedding day.
- Liaison with venue management, photographers and other wedding professionals.
- Organising the receiving line and announding guests to the wedding party.
- Making announcements regarding matters of the day to the assembled guests.
- Announcing the Bride and Bridegroom and escorting them to their place at the top table.
- Announcing or saying Grace.
- Announcing the speakers and assisting with gifts or flowers.
- Arranging the cutting of the cake.
- Concluding the formalities and advising guests of arrangements for the evening.
